Using a method developed at the TU Delft, we concluded that the building was suitable for transformation into dwellings. Our market research proved that small, affordable houses would be suitable for the local market.

Instead of demolishment and new construction or extension, the transformation of the existing building proved to be the eligible choice. We completely elaborated this option. The client now knows how much to invest, what the possible revenues will be and what the chance of actually selling the new apartments is.
